Our Working Owner Program
Our working owners contribute their time, energy and skills, learn about Coop operations, and receive higher discounts. They are a big part of what makes the Coop successful! Working Owners stock shelves, make signs, do community outreach, serve on committees, and lots more. Whatever your interests and experience, there is something for you.

If you’d like to become a Working Owner, just pick up an application from any cashier and attend a working owner orientation scheduled the last Tuesday of every month at 5pm in the coop administrative offices. Available shifts are constantly changing. The Coordinator will help you find an appropriate shift at your working owner orientation.
